Quality at Your Service

The renowned Spanish brand Arcos is famous for producing high-quality culinary articles and kitchen utensils. Behind their tools lies a unique traditional craftsmanship of master knife-makers.

Made directly in Spain, specifically in Albacete. Like all the brand's utensils, this knife comes with a 10-year guarantee.

This kitchen knife from the Riviera Arcos range features a Nitrum stainless steel blade. An exclusive steel developed by Arcos, enriched with nitrogen and known for its very high durability.

Its 57 HRC hardness allows for superior cutting performance compared to traditional steels. For maintenance, we recommend hand washing with a damp cloth.

Suitable for Professionals and Home Cooks

Knives in the Riviera range are 100% forged. Unlike "flat" knives, the metallic part of a forged knife has been shaped to allow for the presence of a bolster between the blade and the knife's tang.

Its aesthetic and ergonomic handle ensures an effective grip for more precise food cutting. This knife also features stainless steel rivets. Its finish and high corrosion resistance make it an essential piece to have.

What are the benefits of polycotton for chef clothing?

Polycotton (65% polyester, 35% cotton) offers several advantages, making it ideal for demanding work environments:

  • Durability: More resistant to wear and frequent washing compared to pure cotton.
  • Easy Maintenance: Wrinkle-resistant and quick-drying, perfect for intensive use.
  • Comfort: Combines the softness of cotton with the lightweight nature of polyester for comfortable wear.
  • Stain Resistance: Polyester makes the fabric less absorbent, making it easier to clean.
  • Affordability: More cost-effective than 100% natural fabrics while maintaining high quality.

Polycotton is an excellent choice for chefs and kitchen professionals looking for practicality and comfort in their daily wear.
