Can I return sale items?

Sale items purchased with an automatic discount or already marked down cannot be returned for a refund; however, they are eligible for store credit or exchange for an item of equal value.

Final Sale items, regardless of the reason, cannot be returned.

In case of an out-of-stock exchange or a price difference for an alternative product, a store credit will automatically be issued unless specified otherwise in the returns form.

Discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be converted into store credit or applied to a new order or exchange.

Orders (excluding final sale) can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for an exchange or store credit, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please ensure the product size label remains intact (swing tags are not included).

Items returned after the 30-day period will incur a $10 deduction from the store credit automatically issued. These items cannot be returned to the customer.

We uphold our commitment to comply with all obligations under consumer law. Any rights you have under this policy regarding your MANELLI product are additional to your rights under consumer laws.

Can I return embroidered, sample items, and final sale items?

Embroidered, sample items, and final sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an error with your embroidered order, please contact us at hello@manelli.com, and our customer service team will assist you accordingly. Please refer to our terms and conditions for embroidery for more details.

If a final sale item is returned to us, a store credit for 10% of the purchase price will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot return the item to you.

We are committed to adhering to all consumer law obligations. Any rights you have under this policy regarding your MANELLI product are additional to your rights under consumer laws.

Have you received my return?

If your return was sent using a tracked service, we recommend checking your tracking number for the latest updates before contacting us.

Once your return reaches us, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your request.

For domestic returns, it may take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for your returned item(s) to be delivered to us and processed by our returns team.

We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed, whether it's for an exchange or a refund.

For international returns, depending on the courier service used, it can take anywhere from 7 to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for your returned item(s) to reach us and be processed by our returns team.

Again, we'll notify you by email once the return has been processed, whether it's for an exchange or a refund.

Has my return arrived damaged or dirty?

If your return is found to be dirty or damaged upon inspection, our Returns Team will notify you via email and provide photo evidence. In such cases, a store credit will be issued automatically, with a $10 fee deducted for each item returned. The damaged items will then be destroyed. Please note that no exceptions can be made in this regard.

Can I return after 30 days?

If your returned order arrives outside of the 30-day period, an automatic store credit will be issued, deducting $10. Please note that the items cannot be returned to you.
We are dedicated to fulfilling all responsibilities under consumer law. Any rights pertaining to your MANELLI product are supplementary to those granted under consumer laws.

What is the policy regarding changes of mind?

Orders (excluding final sale items) are eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery date for an exchange or store credit, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. It's important to ensure that the product size label remains intact. We recommend inspecting items before returning them, as we cannot accept damaged or soiled items.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return under our change-of-mind policy, including embroidered items, scrub caps, scrunchies, socks, water bottles, and airmed tags.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock or if you're seeking an alternative product with a price difference, a store credit will be automatically issued.

For exchanges involving the same product but a different size, if there is a price difference at the time of exchange (e.g., the item is back to full price or on sale), no refund or store credit will be issued for the price difference.

If no notes accompany your return, a store credit will be issued automatically.

Please note that discount codes from returned orders are final and cannot be refunded, credited, or applied to exchange orders.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. If you've used split payments, such as Store Credit & PayPal, the refund will be credited back to Store Credit first.
