How do I go about embroidering my Manelli order?

To embroider your MANELLI order, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the product page and specify the style and size of the top or jacket you desire.
  • Select the "Add embroidery" option.
  • Decide on the placement of your name.
  • You can personalize with your name or title, utilizing up to two lines of text.
  • Choose your preferred text color and font.
  • Review the Embroidery terms and conditions, and if you agree, tick the respective box.
  • Click "Add to Bag" to proceed with your purchase.
  • Additionally, you have the choice to include any Airmed-designed icons or combine both your name and an icon for a unique touch.

Which Manelli products are eligible for embroidery?

Embroidery services are available for our Chef Coats and our Chef Apron.

What are the options for embroidery fonts, colors and sizes?

For embroidery, we provide both script and block text/font options available in black or white. The height of both script and block text embroidery is approximately 1cm.

Please note that for longer or maximum characters, there may be a possibility of the letters shrinking or condensing in height.

What is the turnaround time for embroidery?

Orders containing embroidered items will be processed and shipped within approximately 10 business days.

To ensure timely delivery of non-embroidered products, we suggest placing separate orders if you require them before the dispatch time of embroidered items.

Is it possible to modify an embroidery order after placement?

Regrettably, once an order is placed, we strive to expedite processing, making it impossible to adjust the order.

Both our fulfilment and embroidery teams operate continuously, which may hinder our customer care team from addressing inquiries before shipment.

Please note that all embroidery items are considered final sale.

Is it possible to embroider a personal logo?

Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill individual requests for personal logos to be embroidered.

However, if you are interested in a team order featuring a personal logo, please reach out to us at hello@manelli.com.

Is it possible to return an embroidered item?

Embroidered items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
