Additional Shipping Details

Authority To Leave/Signature Release: By selecting this option, you authorize the delivery driver to leave your package on your property in the event of absence. No signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that once delivery is completed, any instances of loss or theft become the responsibility of the customer. Manelli accepts responsibility only for parcels lost or stolen during transit. If there is no secure location to leave the parcel, we recommend selecting "Signature Required." Please be aware that our Protect My Order service does not cover these circumstances.

Customs and Duty Charges: Our shipping service does not include customs and duty charges. Any such charges incurred are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Other Scenarios: In situations where parcels are delivered to buildings with multiple units, and someone signs for the parcel (e.g., concierge, reception), it is considered successfully delivered. Manelli Coats bears no responsibility for parcels not received in this scenario. To avoid such situations, we recommend utilizing parcel collect, parcel lockers, or making alternative arrangements.

Physical Gift Cards: Shipping rates may vary for physical gift cards.

USA Remote Areas: For remote areas in the USA, orders under $200 USD incur a $25 USD shipping fee via DHL Standard. Orders over $200 USD qualify for free shipping. Remote areas include Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. For PO/APO/FPO box addresses, please choose DHL Standard. Orders under $200 USD are subject to a $25 USD shipping fee.

Express Shipping: Opting for express delivery with DHL provides various free in-flight delivery options for control, visibility, and flexibility. These options include scheduled delivery, alternate delivery to work or family, authorization for shipment release to a safe place, leaving the parcel with a neighbor, reception, or guard, holding the parcel for collection at a DHL Service Point, and requesting vacation hold safekeeping for up to 30 days. End-to-end real-time tracking and estimated delivery times are also included with express shipping.

While we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly, Manelli cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in addresses provided during checkout. Please note that incorrect addresses may result in additional charges to the customer.

If your tracking status shows 'Enroute', it indicates that your parcel is in transit and awaiting arrival scans in the destination country.

Missing Parcel Assistance

If your item hasn't arrived as expected and you suspect it may be missing or stolen, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Check with other members of your household to see if anyone has received or moved the parcel.
  2. Look around other areas near the front of your property where the parcel may have been left.
  3. Check if you've received any notification cards, SMS, or emails indicating that the parcel has been delivered to your local Post Office.

Parcel Safeguarding

To safeguard your order against loss, damage during transit, and theft (in cases where the parcel has been left without authorization), we offer Protect My Order during checkout. This non-refundable insurance protection is paid for by the customer and covers various scenarios, excluding:

  • Parcels authorized for delivery without signature
  • Shipments to incorrect addresses
  • Authorization for someone else to accept the parcel from your local post office
