Specifications

Composed of a sheet of VG10 steel containing 1% carbon, surrounded on both sides by 33 layers of 420 and 431 steel rich in chromium and nickel. The result: a 67-layer damask offering great cutting quality and longevity, and enhanced stainless steel. The Corian handle: a high-end material based on white lateritic rock and acrylic resin, with qualities similar to marble: very good resistance to shocks, stains, UV and bacteria.
